For sole traders and small businesses (1–5 people) in Belgium.
Since 1 January 2026, every VAT-registered business in Belgium must send and receive invoices electronically via Peppol. I set this up for you with Odoo, the Belgian business software, at a fixed price, so you can keep working while your invoicing and paperwork run properly.

- Your receipt routine: a simple standard way to capture every receipt and invoice, on your phone or your computer, so every deductible cost is recorded and nothing gets lost
- Supplier invoices arriving in Odoo automatically by email
- Costs sorted correctly from the start (home office, private items, VAT)
- A ready-made quarterly package for your accountant, even if they do not use Odoo
- 2 training sessions and 30 days of support
Quarterly Care

Optional, after setup
- One check-in meeting with me every quarter
- We go through your quarter together: missing receipts, wrongly sorted costs, deductions you may have missed
- Your package for your accountant is ready before their deadline
- Questions in between are included
Your accountant keeps the books and files your returns. I make sure they get everything they need.
What you will need
- An Odoo subscription in your name (from about €20–25 per user per month)
- Your invoices and receipts from the current quarter, roughly in one place
